DMI Customer Support has transitioned to Jira Service Desk as of April 22nd. JIRA Service desk, provided by Atlassian Corporation, is an industry leading ITSM tool, which fully supports the ITIL V4 framework and has won numerous awards as a best-in-class Service Management offering. Demand Solutions is leveraging this exciting new tool for improved incident capture and resolution against established SLAs.
With this transition, there is a new portal available to raise tickets, monitor ticket status and communicate with DMI support. For customers that have access to the portal, can go to the link provided above to create a case. Email support requests can still be sent to email@example.com which will automatically log a ticket in our new service desk. Customers are still welcome to contact Support at 314 991 7177.
